QR Label Maker

Turn a CSV into named QR codes and printable A4 label sheets. Generate everything locally in your browser.

Free: up to 5 labels per job, PNG and PDF. Premium: up to 100 labels, SVG and saved presets. Files stay on your device.

1. Add your labels

Two columns: label, value. Quote cells containing commas. UTF-8 CSV, up to 100 rows.

Black codes, white backgrounds and a clear quiet zone help scanning. These are static codes; changing a destination requires a new code. Scan a sample before printing at 100% scale. Layouts use a 10 mm page margin and 3 mm gaps; check your label stock.

From a spreadsheet to printable labels

Paste two columns or import a UTF-8 CSV. Each row creates a distinct named QR image; the download bundle also includes printable A4 PDF sheets. Labels and brand captions support the characters your browser font can render.

The generated QR codes contain your supplied values directly. They never expire because of a UtiliKit subscription, and they have no redirect hosting or scan tracking. Check destinations and scan a sample on paper before printing a full batch.

How free and Premium work

Try up to five labels per job for free. PNG codes and printable PDFs are included. Premium adds SVG output, up to 100 labels and saved layouts. There is no daily quota on these new workflows. Presets stay in this browser and are not synced between devices.
